Quick links to useful information for new traders
Trading is fascinating. It is one of the few activities the world offers that literally allows you to think and grow rich.
The corollary is that you have to think right; if you think wrong, you will quickly become poor. So here are some pages to help you get started thinking the right way.
First, temper your enthusiasm. New traders are always eager to get started, and often they get burned as a result. So read this disclaimer carefully, and pay attention to what it says.
Next, go to the Quick start guide. It has links to the basic information you will need to understand what Nat is doing on her site, as well as links to other sites that explain the fundamentals of trading. Very useful stuff.
For a quick look, follow the link to our Frequently Asked Questions. This is a work in progress, so if you have a question that isn't answered, send it to us, and we'll probably add it to the list.
Finally, here are some links to things you need to know or will want to know:
- A discussion of Nat's Daily Trading Plan, probably the most important document on this website;
- Trading tips Nat's members use to follow her calls;
- Some useful links to other sites dealing with trading;
- Information about Nat's seminars;
- A sample of a typical trading day;
- Connections to organizations like the Chicago Board of Trade and other valuable sources of official information;
- Access to recommended brokers and free paper trading software.
