How to cancel your subscription
Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel it.
We're sorry you're thinking of leaving, and we hope you'll come back at some point. But if you've gotta go, you've gotta go. Here's how to do it.
If you are using Paypal
Your PayPal subscription is entirely within your control and you have to initiate the cancellation process yourself. Naturus doesn't have access to your account, or the authority to cancel your payment.
To cancel, open your Paypal account. Find the subscription in your account history and click on the link marked "details." Scroll down to the bottom of the page, and click on "cancel." That's it.
Your subscription will continue until the end of your monthly subscription period, but you will receive no further charges from us.
If you pay by credit card
Send an e-mail to admin@naturus.com and tell us you are leaving. We'll cancel the credit card charges, but please give us five business days for the cancellation to go through.
